A lost shoe, logistical hiccup and stomach bug at Trans Sierra Norte.
Marco Osborne's perseverance in Mexico's Sierra Madre del Sur mountains lead to the win at this legendary 4 day blind enduro. With multiple 5,000ft descents each day, Marco always seems to shine when the experience pushes beyond "hard". Hailing from Northern California, Marco lives for big days on the bike and the journey of mind and body while pushing himself out there.
"I was extremely happy to experience this year’s event and make it to the finish line. It was an awesome opportunity to push the new Sentinel and myself to the limits on the famous Oaxaca trails. This race is known for the world class trails; long, technical, physical demanding stages that test every rider to their absolute limits. Stoked to take the win and show off the new rig at such a unique and special event. " -Marco
After only a few rides on the new Sentinel Marco opted for it to race the 2024 Trans Sierra Norte. Check out his set up below to see how he sets up his bike for a wild race like this one.
Congrats on another big adventure race win, Marco!

"It’s already impressing me on my local trails. It changes direction extremely well and loves to carry speed effectively in all types of terrain." -Marco
