Transition Outpost Sales & Service

Transition Bikes is looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Outpost team. This role will combine bike repairs and maintenance with sales and customer service, offering the opportunity to engage with customers while supporting the smooth operation of our Outpost.

Who You Are You are enthusiastic about bikes and enjoy helping people. You bring a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for providing great service. Whether you're helping customers select their next bike or performing repairs, you always approach your work with enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude. You’re organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. You enjoy working with a team, sharing your knowledge of biking, and helping others discover the joy of the sport.
