Another Company Trip in some of Washington's wildest terrain!
Last fall, Transition shut down, and the company loaded up for an adventure in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. With a late September date picked out, everyone felt skeptical that the Cascades wouldn't be blanketed in snow at higher elevations. We rolled into camp on Thursday afternoon as the clouds began to disperse leaving way for the sun. A few days of rain followed by sunshine was shaping up to some unreal conditions for our trip.
The Gifford sits in the south central part of Washington and is home to a handful of snowcapped volcanoes. Many of the trails have a sandy, decomposed granite texture that is most fun after a bit of moisture. The company trip lined up perfectly to provide us with ultimate party laps on perfect dirt and cold, damp conditions perfect for late-night fires.
Take a peek at this new video to see what happened on the 2025 Company Trip. Stay tuned this year to see where we end up for the 2026 edition!
