Transition Factory riders, Marco, Amy, and John headed to France for the hardest enduro on earth, the Stone King Rally

What was once called Trans Provence, the Stone King Rally is a 6 day enduro through the French countryside, and the best part, it's 100% blind racing.

Stone King was challenging in more than a few ways.

Spire was the bike of choice for Amy, Marco, and John. Giving them the stability, agility and pedal-ability to tackle anything this blind race threw at them.

John separated his shoulder just a week before the race, but he didn't let that stop him from finishing the event, at his "chill pace", in 5th place. Nice work holding it together mate!

Marco was battling for the lead all week with the reigning champ, and French local, Romain Paulhan, but Marco dug deep and came out on top. A true testament of his grit and consistency. Both were stoked on how far they had pushed each other, and stayed proper sportsmen until the end.

"The women’s field had tight battles all week from the top 6. I was consistent all week in the 3rd place position, usually only 12-20 seconds off first place in the overall. I was really stoked to take one of our wet and muddy day wins since my usual riding is fast and loose. At the end of 6 days, I was 3rd just 35 seconds of the win, something that is crazy to think about after 2+ hours of race time."

"This event means more to me than any other on the calendar. I fought hard all week and really dug deep for this win. I pushed myself day in and day out and am proud of my efforts to get it done. Feeling extremely fortunate to share this once in a lifetime experience with all the riders and staff."
