Laps and Taps, a New England Riding Tour

Four days and seven riding spots across New England.

8/6/26

Party trains, grill outs, and hanging with New England's riding community!

Over the winter, long-time TR East Coast ambassadors Alex and Ella McAndrew reached out about running an event in their neck of the woods. With a limited demo schedule, we organized Laps and Taps, a group ride tour across three states and seven different trailheads. With the grill en tow, we met up with everything from die-hard enduro racers to mountain bike enthusiasts on New England's diverse network of trails. It was awesome to see how passionate everyone was about their local trails and how willing they were to show us the local lines. This new video documents a weekend well spent on some of New England's best singletrack offerings.

The big kids putting on a show for the next generation!

You can guarantee to be in a party train of at least 10 kids when you ride Burke Mountain Bike Park.

Is it even a trip to New England if you don't see some cows?!

Thanks to everyone who made it out to one of our rides. This tour wouldn't have been possible without the support of Burke Mountain and Thunder Mountain for providing discounted lift tickets to attendees, and of Darn Tough Socks for a stellar box of handouts and snacks! The New England riding community really showed up for this event, and we can't wait to do another!
