Outpost Customer Experience and Sevice Specialist Posted: 4/15/26

Transition Bikes is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people to join our Outpost team. This role blends customer experience, bike repairs, and sales, but at its core, it’s about creating memorable interactions and making every person who walks through the door feel welcome.

Who You Are
You’re someone who gets energy from being around people. You’re outgoing, approachable, and naturally make others feel comfortable and taken care of. You don’t just help customers, you look for ways to make their experience better than expected. Whether that’s remembering a name, offering a thoughtful recommendation, or taking an extra step others wouldn’t think to take, you care about leaving a positive impression. You’re excited to make people’s days better. You notice what someone needs before they ask, and you take pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. You also bring an interest in bikes and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working with a team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a fun, supportive atmosphere. We’re less focused on finding the most experienced candidate and more focused on finding someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to take care of people.
