For customers ordering directly off our website, we are no longer accepting pre-orders due to uncertainty in global supply chains and production and with ETAs continually changing. However, we have added a "Notify me when this item is back in stock" feature for all our models. Just click the model, build kit, color and size you'd like then click on the notify me button and add your email. Once that bike arrives and is available for purchase you will receive an email notifcation.

Yes. This bike is designed to work with both air and coil shocks. We know there are a lot of great shock options outside of what we spec, but we have worked extremely hard to develop the tune in our supplied shocks. We believe they perform as good as anything else available in the aftermarket options.

Yes, the Spire alloy and the Spire carbon can run a dual crown fork, however the carbon version is not compatible with a 46mm offset RockShox Boxxer fork due to a drastically limited turning radius.

Yes. Running 10mm more or less travel than stock is okay. Any more than 10mm in either direction can negatively affect the handling.

Yes, but this bike is built with SBG technology, which utilizes an offset in the range of 42-44mm. Running a fork with more or less offset would be taking away from the SBG technology package.

If you have not received an email confirming your tracking number, you can find it by going to your "Order History" once logged in. There you'll see the invoice number, date shipped, shipping carrier, and tracking info, if available. You'll be able to click on the tracking info and be re-directed to the shipping carrier's website. See below for an example.

If you order directly from us you can watch this video to see how the bike will arrive to you. There is very little assembly required. If you order it through one of our local dealers, then the bike will come assembled and ready to ride.

The maximum rear tire size we recommend is 2.6" but total clearance will vary with tire models and rim width.
