At Transition we not only believe in supporting trail building and advocacy but also making our beloved sport accessable to all communities. Below are some of the rad non-profit organizations that we are lucky to help support to make mountain biking something everyone can enjoy.

The AIROW Project's Mission is to create adaptive, accessible riding opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The funds donated to AIROW go towards providing adaptive gear, scholarships, and creating free events for those within Whatcom county.

Founded in 1979 in the Pacific Northwest, Outdoors for All is a national leader in delivering adaptive and therapeutic recreation for children and adults with disabilities. Each year more than 3,000 individuals exercise their abilities thanks to the training and support of more than 850 volunteers.

Bike Works is a Seattle inner city non-profit that promotes the bicycle as a vehicle for change to empower youth and build resilient communities. Their earn-a-bike youth program teaches kids how to build and repair every part of the bike they are earning and engage them in riding programs.

Team Semper Fi focuses on using mountain biking as a way for disabled vets and those strugling with PTSD to maintain community, feel like they are part of team and provide a sense of healing.
